Doug and I meet - at last
The first time I saw him was at rehearsal for A Christmas Carol 2007 at Theatre Downtown. I was playing Bob Cratchit, and he was Jacob Marley as well as a number of other roles. I told my friend Jon that I thought Doug was really cute and was thinking about asking him out. I wondered if he was out of my league. Jon assured me that he was. It wasn't long before we were attached at the hip, as Doug likes to say, and on February 14, 2008, he took me to dinner and kissed me afterwards. It's been wonderful ever since.
